Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS-funded, purpose-built housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA Homes WA is an NDIS-registered SDA provider based at 71 Mannikin Way, Maddington, WA 6109, offering homes across Perth’s southern and eastern suburbs including Maddington, Thornlie, Safety Bay, Hilbert, Midland, Wanneroo, Brabham, and Dayton. We offer homes across all four SDA Design Standard categories Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust, and High Physical Support with every home matched to a participant’s confirmed SDA funding decision before move-in. We work directly with support coordinators, plan managers, and families from enquiry through to move-in.
