Reach out by phone or our enquiry form and tell us about your accommodation needs your preferred suburb, SDA design category (if known), and current NDIS plan status. We'll ask a few questions to understand your situation and outline the next steps, whether your funding is already confirmed or still being assessed.
Eligibility & Funding Check
We review your NDIS plan to confirm SDA funding is in place, or connect you with a support coordinator who can help you apply if it isn't yet. We'll identify which of the four SDA design categories Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust, or High Physical Support matches your plan, since this determines which of our available homes you're eligible to view. If your SDA decision is still pending, we can advise on realistic timeframes and next steps based on where your application currently sits with the NDIA
Choose a Home
Once your SDA design category is confirmed, we'll match you with available homes that suit your needs, or help source new options in your preferred location. You're welcome to tour any home before deciding, and we'll talk through features, support arrangements, and funding fit with you and your support coordinator.
Move In
Once you've chosen a home and your tenancy agreement is signed, we'll support you through the entire transition coordinating move-in logistics, connecting you with local services, and making sure your support arrangements are in place from day one.
