About SDA
Safe, Inclusive, and Supportive Homes for People with Disabilities
SDA Homes WA is an NDIS-registered Specialist Disability Accommodation provider based at 71 Mannikin Way, Maddington, WA 6109, currently managing SDA and SIL homes across Perth’s southern, eastern, and northern suburbs — including Maddington, Thornlie, Safety Bay, Hilbert, Midland, Wanneroo, Brabham, Dayton, Hocking, Gosnells, Bentley, Belmont, Nollamara, Success, and Clarkson. Every home we manage is built to one of the four SDA Design Standard categories — Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust, or High Physical Support — and is matched to a participant’s SDA funding decision before move-in. We work directly with support coordinators, plan managers, and families throughout the process, from eligibility confirmation through to tenancy agreement and move-in support.
